The WhalesNeedUS Coalition represents an unprecedented joint effort of 20 United States-based environmental, conservation and animal welfare organizations, representing more the 15 million people.  WhalesNeedUS is aimed at directing and strengthening U.S. policy in international whale conservation issues, by engaging directly with International Whaling Commission (IWC) delegates, government agency officials, attorneys, and interest groups on issues such as commercial whaling, international trade, diplomatic priorities, and resolutions.  Below are just some of the coalition members.
